Facts found

B2 comes into the windward mark on starboard and bears away round it hard. Her boom catches the mark as she goes, knocking it visibly off station. She does not take a turn. A3 is a good way astern and below the layline and sees nothing of it; B1, her own teammate, is further back still on the same beat. No boat flies a flag. B2 goes on to pass two boats on the run down. The umpires, sitting on the mark, saw the whole thing.
