Facts found

Both boats run for the finish on port gybe, Yellow to windward and a little astern. Blue gybes onto starboard right under Yellow's bow. Her boom swings over and the mainsail hangs slatting in the lee of the rig. Yellow luffs hard to miss her, and is still coming up when the main finally fills on the new gybe. The boats pass within a foot of each other and do not touch. Yellow flies a red flag.
